Anticipated duration: 19 months


Located parallel to Revere Beach Boulevard, this property is only 400 feet from the shore. Due to the project being below sea level, this brought challenges to the sight such as excavation/backfilling and dewatering. Due to extremely unstable soils Waypoint GC had to install Ground Improvements (100 GCC’s, 159 RAP’s) for the foundation stability. Construction cost: $16.5M
